Cross country

On the 30th of May Kapanui school held our cross country. We did it differently this year because it was cold and spitting so we all went down to the park in our syndicates. In the Inquirers syndicate we ran as a relay and also had to use a skipping rope to run with so our team was all joined together.

Tiki designs .

Every whanau gets a piece of wood in the shape of a tiki and it is painted white and your whanau group can decorate it.

Pharazyn reserve

The year 3 and 4's went to Pharazyn reserve to plant some plants. Some people  showed us what to do. To give you an idea of what we did here is a photo of me planting.

First we put a tablet next to any plant, then we put

soil over the plant.
